Nutley Animal  Hospital

   Dr. McMahon attended The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1977. Dr. McMahon became owner of The Nutley Animal Hospital in 1984. Dr. McMahon's philosophy is "Treat each pet as if he or she were your own". Dr. McMahon shares her home with two energetic Jack Russells, Grounder and Shortstop and her beloved quarter horse Skeeter.  An avid member of Bat International and a lifelong baseball fan, her hobbies include fencing and hiking.

  Dr. Re is a 1991 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Biology and received his doctorate at the University of Tennessee Veterinary School.  Dr Re has been practicing at the Nutley Animal Hospital since 1995. He especially enjoys internal medicine and working with exotics. A Long Island native, Dr. Re grew up with a great affinity for animals and an appreciation for the human-animal bond.  He enjoys interacting with pet owners and their animals. Dr. Re's interests include woodworking and camping and he is also a cub scout leader. He is married with two children and has a dog named Rosie.

Dr. Schulman, a Massachusetts native, graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Animal Science in 1977 and from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. Upon graduating she became an associate at the Nutley Animal Hospital where she has enjoyed practicing for almost thirty years. "Our team is like a family and the Nutley Animal Hospital is my second home". Dr Schulman’s family includes husband Myron and four children Gabe, Ben, Sarah, and Judah and felines Calvin and Hobbs.   Her interests include cooking, hiking, and skiing.
